Complete a private online assessment. It takes about five minutes. If blood tests are needed, you get a request form for your nearest pathology lab at this point, so your results are ready for your consultation.

Consult With A Doctor
Book the next available slot through our booking system, in a couple of clicks. Your consultation is a video call with a South African doctor registered with the HPCSA. They take a full history, go through any results with you, and give you a straight answer about what you have come in with.

Build Your Plan
Your doctor shares your treatment plan with you straight after the consultation, not days later. You see exactly what it costs before you pay, and nothing is dispensed until you do.

Stay on track
Your treatment is prepared by a licensed South African pharmacy and delivered to your door, plain and unmarked, anywhere in South Africa. Orders usually arrive within two business days. Your doctor reviews you as you go, and adjusts what needs adjusting.

Testosterone therapy can suppress your body's own hormone signalling, which may shrink the testes and reduce fertility over time. This programme is designed to support testicular function while you're on treatment. Your doctor will explain whether it's right for you.
It's typically prescribed alongside testosterone therapy, not as a standalone treatment. Your doctor will discuss whether it fits your specific situation at your consultation.
No - and we'd rather turn you away than prescribe something you don't need. If our doctor doesn't put you on a treatment plan, we'll see you again completely free, in six months. That's the deal.
Depends on your scheme and your treatment - some plans contribute, some don't. Check with your medical aid first. Don't assume either way and get caught out.
