You must be 18 years or older and a resident of South Africa to join the waitlist. The Service is intended for adult men seeking health information and, on launch, telehealth services.

3. Pre-launch nature of the Service

The waitlist does not provide medical care, consultations, prescriptions, or medicines. It only registers your interest in ORYX. Membership tiers, referral unlocks, and pricing previews are indicative and may change before launch.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, abuse the referral system, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use the Service in violation of any law.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and design on the Service are owned by Oryx Health Holdings (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. See our Medical Disclaimer for important information about health content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryx Health Holdings (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
